• Bookings can be made via the My Family Lounge App.

• BAC Holiday Adventures run during the school holidays in April, June-July and September-October.  It is also available in December for the run-up to Christmas and during the last 2-3 weeks in January.

• You must have an approved BAC enrolment before you can make bookings for Holiday Adventures.

• Opening hours are 8:30am–5:30pm each day of school holidays, excluding Public holidays where BAC will be closed.

• Children starting Kindergarten in February are welcome to join the BAC Holiday Adventures during January.

Reminders

• CANCELATIONS FOR HOLIDAY ADVENTURES MUST OCCUR one week (7 days) prior to the session. Email the centre to make sure you have cancelled with enough notice if you do not wish to be charged.

• Bookings close 24hrs prior to each session. If you require care once bookings close, please email us at bronteactivitycentre@hotmail.com (Spots cannot be guaranteed as we may be fully booked).

• Some excursions have limited spots available. Please book ASAP to ensure your child’s spot is secured.

• Please make sure you complete an excursion permission form for each child as well as the relevant waivers. BAC will not accept excursion permissions forms on the day. Failure to complete the permission form will incur a $10.00 penalty fee per child.

• All BAC Families are welcome to attend. Including Kindies starting in 2024.

• All children must wear enclosed shoes, for some activities they will be left out if they are wearing inappropriate footwear.

• HATS & WATER BOTTLES ARE MANDATORY.

• Please bring extra snacks as the days are long. NO NUTS! (Including nut bars, peanut butter, nutella etc.)
